Shah and the other people there are really nice. The last names are awesome.

Room 126 was filthy, with roaches, a nasty toilet they were coming out of, and a shower too dirty for me to use. The mattresses were disgusting too. I called the woman at the front desk but got no answer, then a man there told me he couldn't refund my money. The staff were rude and not accommodating. I expected a decent place to stay, but this was the worst stay I've ever had.

I really appreciate your company giving me and my service animals a safe place while our house was being repaired. A hotel down the street turned us away because they wouldn't allow my service dogs in a room. You followed ADA guidelines, and I'll tell people I know with disabilities who need a hotel to stay at your facility.

For about $500 a week, you get an old, dirty, mildewy room that looks older than my parents, and I'm 35. The power goes out quite a bit, the place is run down, and the staff were rude, especially the night guy and the housekeeping lady. There's a pool, but you can't walk anywhere from here since it's right by the highway, and it's not close to anything. They can put you out over any little thing, yet refuse to give you clean sheets once a week or toilet paper every day or every other day. Don't go there. Turn around and run.
