I’d stay again, and the price is a lot better than at other hotels. The property is old, but about as clean as a Hampton Inn or Best Western. The beds are comfy, the staff nice, and breakfast simple but good. The tub was a little gross, probably just from age, and water bottles cost $3 each. The woman at the front desk mentioned a water station, but it was on the third floor in the gym and had run out. Other hotels would at least have a fountain. Still, the rate is good for a Baymont, so I recommend it.

The room was spacious, very clean, and nicely appointed, so we were comfortable throughout our stay. The older Baymont Inn’s common areas look a bit dated, but the rest more than makes up for that. Breakfast was simple, quite good, and always replenished and kept tidy. The staff really made it a five-star stay. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The overnight gentleman who checked us in Thursday night deserves a special mention. He set the tone for an incredible three-night visit, and the whole team made us happy to come back.

I travel a lot, especially around the southern states, and this was one of the nicest, cleanest places I’ve stayed in for a while. Friendly staff, warm and typical breakfast, and very good value for the cost. Five stars from me, and I’d stay again.

The hallway carpet was old and smelly, but we loved our stay and definitely got our money’s worth. Service was excellent, and the room was clean. The desk staff who checked me in were so nice. There were also two private desk spaces for anyone here on business, and restaurants and a liquor store right nearby. Breakfast was big: bagels, sausage, eggs, French toast, and three kinds of cereal. I liked that they’d thought to offer 2% milk and sugar-free syrup.

When the front desk learned we were dealing with heavy snow, they kept in touch and were concerned and accommodating. That made us more comfortable through it. It felt very human, and confirmed the very positive Baymont stays we’ve enjoyed over the years.
