We booked two rooms for six nights while visiting my in-laws with my parents. I’d noted our preference for a feather-free room in the app, but hadn’t mentioned it separately. After two nights of sinus trouble and medication, my husband was still struggling to breathe, so we asked that the room be cleaned and feather materials removed around 0800 the second morning. When we returned around 2100, nothing had changed. I went to the desk and Justin Tucker sorted it out right away by moving us to a feather-free room. My husband is finally sleeping as I write this. Justin was welcoming, upbeat, and gave us five-star service. Marriott, please replace feather products with hypoallergenic materials. They seem easier to wash and launder, could save money, and would be appreciated by guests with allergies.

The location just off the NE Extension is very convenient. This was my first stay at this Courtyard, and I was really pleased with it. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the front desk staff were helpful and nice. My room was quiet, well equipped, and very nice. The pool and gym looked great too, though I didn't get a chance to use them.

We stayed here with other families for a softball tournament. The room was spotless, and service was excellent. The hotel itself is very nice, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

After nearly 30 years as a Marriott rewards member, I've seen all kinds of service across their properties, and I highly recommend this one. The location is hard to beat. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and my room was clean, updated, and comfortable.
