I travel a lot, and this was one of my worst hotel stays in recent years. The cooling system didn’t work right: it was set to 68° on auto, but I woke at midnight to a room at 78°. The shower doors leaked, and I needed several towels to keep the floor dry. Getting checked in was a hassle. Even though I’d already booked and paid, they made me download their app and create an account instead of checking me in at the front desk. I’d booked a Suite for the extra space, but it was just a standard room with an extra charge. The breakfast was extremely poor, the pool area was dated, and customer service was unacceptable. I called the front desk from my room four times and got no answer. When I called from my own phone to ask for towels, they said they’d bring some up, but no one came, even after six hours. This hotel failed in almost every category. I really don’t recommend it.

The window was broken open by about an inch, and cold air blew into the room all night. The bathroom counter looked ready to fall off, and the shower door leaked badly. They also overcharged me and couldn’t explain the extra amount on my bill.

The woman at the front desk who answered my call about pool hours was rude. It was 9:50 am on Tuesday, April 28th. She acted like we were wasting her time and bothering her, then sent us to the website for a simple question about the hours. Poor customer service!

We had a lot of fun at the water park. There’s a nice hot tub, a kids’ pool area, and two good-sized slides. One is longer but a little slower, while the other is fast and dark. Vending machines are on every floor, and the spacious rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and ironing board. Everything was clean and well kept, and the employees were helpful and friendly. Best place I’ve stayed in a while, and the water park was completely worth it.
