The room was hard to sleep in: the rattling air conditioner ran all night, and I could hear conversations next door and footsteps in the hall through the thin walls. The bedding felt damp, the carpet was stained, and there was hair in the bathroom sink, which didn’t look properly cleaned. Even getting checked in was painfully slow despite almost no line, and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked basic questions about amenities. The lobby was dim, musty, and full of worn furniture, nothing like the online photos. I was disappointed from the moment I arrived.

I’ve been here nearly a month after coming from Miami, and I feel right at home. The room was clean when I arrived and smelled really nice, and having a microwave plus a fridge with a freezer is so convenient. The staff are awesome and genuinely friendly. For the price, I couldn’t ask for more. The pool is relaxing, too, and stays open late.

I travel to California often for work, and this was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. The room was huge and very clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s one of my favorite places to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it, especially at the rate they offer.

Nice service and a good option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay. It has all the basic things I needed. I’d prefer shampoo and hand soap in bottles instead of sample packets, and the mattress was softer than I like. Still, it was good overall.
