The King Suite was a wonderful stay. Its location is great, close to both the caverns and downtown, and the owners were easy to reach whenever we had questions or concerns. There was good indoor and outdoor seating and a shared kitchen. As someone without kids or pets, I appreciated the no kids and pets policy. I'd definitely return.

We woke up to snow on the ground on our first day, which couldn't have been more perfect. The town is lovely, with some nice restaurants for foodies. We had a great night's rest, and the hospitality was exquisite. Everything was great!

Our Cash and Carter room was okay, though a bit dated. The inn is close to the Caverns, but the grounds were in poor condition and clearly lacked maintenance. The listing said fresh pastries would be available at 9am. We stayed two nights, and there were none in the common coffee and tea area either morning. I texted the manager, Tony, to ask when they'd arrive and waited until 9:30, but nothing showed up. Tony said he'd check with whoever handled it, but never gave me an explanation. It was an okay place to stay, but I doubt I'd go back or recommend it. The Mimslyn was much nicer and very nearby.

The Legacy Inn works much like an AirBnB: guests use codes for the building and their rooms, with no staff or front desk on site. It felt a little odd, especially in the off-season when only our room and one other were occupied each night. Cleanliness, accommodations, and renovations could all be improved.

We stayed in Rm 13 and won't be back. There wasn't any toilet paper when we arrived, and the shower head came off the wall when I tried to adjust it. The lighting was inadequate, too. Both night stands should have had a reading lamp.
