The room was comfortable, with a good AC and a clean bed area. The building shows some age, but the lobby and breakfast space were very clean. Breakfast was adequate, and the young lady serving it was friendly. There’s plenty of grass for our pup, and it’s easy to get on and off the road with lots of restaurants close by. We felt safe in the area.

After a 10-hour drive, the room was more than comfortable. The downside was hearing little kids running around at 5am and people slamming their doors.

Maybe this was the wrong time to visit, but do NOT come here during Mardi Gras. One lady was really disrespectful to us for no apparent reason. It reeks of dog poo and fur, and the elevator smells like straight-up bologna. I’m a KID and I have to complain, what the heck?

My sister-in-law and I kept our booking even after the Luke Bryan concert was cancelled. The hotel was decent, though the location felt sort of sketchy. They seem to be trying to modernize it, but a lot still looks old. Our room smelled musty, maybe from the carpet, and could’ve been cleaner. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great. Valerie at the front desk was super sweet and took time out of her day to help us find something nearby to do after the concert was called off. Overall, a decent stay.

We got the good night’s sleep my wife and I wanted while passing through on the way to Texas. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, though it felt a bit bare, as if some furniture and wall decor were missing. It’s definitely an older hotel, and while the staff have tried to update parts of it, its age still shows. We were happy with our stay, but if you’re looking for other amenities, you might want to look elsewhere.
