I’m a Drury loyalty member because I like the little perks, and the dinners and breakfasts are always great. The rooms are reliably clean and comfortable, and as a woman who travels alone nationally for work every day, feeling safe matters a lot to me. This Lafayette Drury has Teresa, who was a bright spot in my week. She spent the morning making sure people around breakfast and the lobby were comfortable and happy. She’s made for hospitality and has that Louisiana kind of perfect hospitality. She chatted with each of us and called us “sunshine.” Being on the road gets lonely, and sometimes I go a whole week without a real conversation. Teresa made me feel seen and at home. Whatever you’re paying her, double it. 100000/10, drive the hour past Baton Rouge and stay at the Drury in Lafayette!

We went to the elementary Beta convention at the Cajun Dome and it was an easy 10-minute trip from this hotel. The rooms are roomy, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was nice with really great coffee. It’s a great place to stay for an activity at the Dome. Teresa was the front desk manager. She was helpful, upbeat, and eager to assist guests, and she checked in with people while they were having breakfast.

This was the third hotel on our trip home, and easily the best. We found a pretty good deal on Expedia and got upgraded to a queen suite, which was a welcome surprise. It was so comfortable. The gym was clean and nice, and breakfast was hot and delicious. We’d definitely stop again if we get the chance. It was our first time at a Drury Inn, and we’ll look for more on future trips.

Teresa at the front desk was sweet, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She really made our stay enjoyable. The hotel also includes complimentary breakfast and dinner, plus three cocktails each night, which was a wonderful perk. Our room was clean, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. The location just off the interstate made traveling easy. The sink drained a little slowly, and some interstate traffic noise came through at night, but it wasn’t unbearable. I had a very positive stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Lafayette, LA, and would recommend it for the staff, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Teresa is a natural in hospitality. She greeted guests warmly and made a positive connection with everyone she spoke with. She also had great suggestions for places to visit nearby. The hotel itself was spotless, with staff diligently cleaning the spaces. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I’d absolutely recommend this place.
