Update: The issues were sorted out quickly after I posted. It turns out they have extended-stay rooms with a microwave, plenty of storage, and a full-size office table, which is a big plus. The staff were easy to deal with and thanked me for mentioning the fridge. The gym has all the weights, which is rare, and the AC works. Walmart is a short drive away, with some food places nearby too. Old review: I thought this might work for a quick stop or a few days, but it didn’t seem suited to a longer stay. There was no microwave or outdoor BBQ, the fridges didn’t work in any of our four rooms, and only one elevator was operating.

The overnight front desk employee was wonderful, and the AC blew really well. Beyond that, I wish we hadn’t spent our money here. One pack and play was broken, and the other was too dirty for my kids to sleep in. The room needed major upgrades, the sheets smelled like smoke despite it being a nonsmoking room, and it didn’t feel clean enough for me to shower. The door also wouldn’t close properly, as others have mentioned. We checked out and immediately went to another Hampton Inn, which was 10000% better. Skip this hotel, or maybe try the Courtyard next door.

The housekeepers went out of their way to help me and my wife with extra linens, towels, and anything else we needed. Diamond and Jasmine gave us 10/10 service, and the front desk was nice too. We stayed two nights and really liked the atmosphere. The hotel was very clean and the employees’ attitudes made up for an only okay breakfast. It was a great place to stay.

We’ve stayed here several times, and it’s been an amazing experience each time. The manager is so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and Ashley G kept everything clean and was really sweet.
