The room they gave me was the one I like best, looking out over the pool. I’ve stayed there twice before, and they made sure I was comfortable for this two-week visit too. Everyone was warm and helpful, especially Katherine, who serves breakfast Monday through Friday, and the woman who assigned my room. Even during Florida’s rainy season, I didn’t have any bugs in the room. Maybe they have a great exterminator. No complaints from me.

We ended up leaving early because the noise never let up. Kids at a baseball tournament ran around the third and fourth floor hallways until midnight, then started again at 6 a.m. After we called the front desk, they said they’d handle it, but the parents were there and didn’t step in. The kids then started knocking on our door and running off. The hotel is nice and new, but if it takes large groups and gets noise complaints, I’d expect staff to take action.

One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. The area was great, the rooms were absolutely beautiful, and we were treated with a lot of respect.
