The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. The shower pressure was great, and getting on the wifi was easy, though the connection was very slow. The main lights, however, run on a motion sensor. If you get up in the night, they turn on whether you want them to or not and wake your roommate. Staff told us there was no way to disable them.

The wireless network was open and ready to use, with no splash page or hoops to jump through. That was the one nice part. The rest felt below average, like nothing had changed since the 70s. The restaurant was terrible, despite calling itself award winning, maybe for worst coffee in Indiana. The AC blew warm air and the hot water was cold. Staff were nice, but I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

The room was clean, but the noise kept us awake from around 11pm until 6am. Pile driving would go on for about 30 minutes, stop, and then start up again just as we were about to fall asleep. If we’d known, we would’ve booked a different hotel far away. We were very disappointed with the stay.

The room keys gave us a lot of trouble, but the front desk staff stayed courteous and tried to sort it out. I eventually spoke with the manager, who was pleasant too. While we were out, he sent maintenance to fix the problem. All in all, a very nice place.
