The rooms were clean and had good facilities. Our room internet didn't work, though, and when we mentioned it, staff said nobody else had complained, so it must only be our room. Maybe they were tired, but they weren't especially helpful.
4/10
The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the mattress had a huge sunken spot and felt so old that sleeping comfortably was impossible. The room layout was nice, though the place has seen better days, and the air or heat made vibrations and noise all night. We stayed in Feb 2026.
8/10
A decent place for a couple of nights, with very friendly, caring receptionists. The rooms are average and have a bit of a smell, but the one-bedroom comes with a full kitchen. The location is okay, near the airport and some places to eat off Pinhook.
4/10
Our group probably wouldn't stay here again. The room was clean, but there were broken and poorly maintained things throughout, and the shower was cold for everyone in our party. The coffee maker in our room was broken; we told the desk, but nothing was done. Breakfast was missing important items, including coffee during our brief stay, and the woman working there didn't seem concerned. Staff were friendly when someone was actually at the desk.
4/10
The front desk service was the one good part. The hotel smells like mold, feels old, and urgently needs an upgrade. For what they provide, it's too expensive, and it doesn't feel like Marriott quality.
