The towels were off-white, maybe by design, but looked as if they'd missed the bleach cycle. I'm particular about a clean, safe bathroom, and the tub floor was like walking on ice. One wrong step or shift in balance and your feet could slide out from under you.

A cockroach in the bathroom crawled into the wall. I told staff in person, and their response made it seem like they already knew about the bug problem. They said pest control had been there yesterday, as if that explained why roaches were still moving around. From the interaction, it was clear they'd had issues before. I don't recommend this place.

Quiet location and a clean room with fresh linens. The staff were friendly and polite.

It was the cheapest hotel in the Lafayette area during a major event, and while a bit aged, it was perfectly acceptable. I had to leave early, so I can't comment on breakfast. For a discount hotel, it wasn't bad, and I'd consider staying again.

I've come back many times and the place has been consistently clean. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, and every stay has left me impressed.
