Quality Inn Lagrange East I-85

Getting bags between the room and car was difficult because the curbs were uneven and hard to navigate. I missed a step at the curb, fell in the parking lot, and fractured my elbow.

The service and location were great, but I really hope the room gets some attention. The bed was so springy I could feel all the coils, and the AC was extremely loud, like it was on its last leg. I also noticed light coming through the closed door, so it needs a new weather strip. A recent repair already had peeling paint, too. Breakfast didn't help, the pancakes tasted like water. That's how I ended up at zero stars.

I'm very upset. The ceiling was falling over the toilet, and the room I switched to was worse, with roaches, a bad ceiling, a missing mirror, and tape everywhere. This is Motel 6, despite the name shown.

I was in LaGrange for work and live an hour away, so I needed a room during the winter storm. It was adequately clean, but the place looked worn and ragged. There was no shower curtain, though the front desk gave me one and I hung it up myself. The toilet barely flushed and sometimes needed several tries. The TV was usable, but its warped legs left it sitting at a strange angle. Breakfast was decent, but the pancake machine was broken, so I had a toasted bagel and yogurt instead.
