It looks decent online, but the stay was a different story 😬. The location is handy for Lincoln Rd and the beach 👍, though parking was a nightmare and service was hit or miss. There were moldy smells, broken fixtures, bugs 🪲, and worn furniture. For what you actually get, it’s definitely overpriced 🏖️💸.

The room was perfect and I didn’t run into any problems. The manager welcomed me warmly and gave excellent service. I found the location convenient, 10 blocks from Ocean Drive and 2 blocks from Lincoln Road. The price was among the best I found in the area. I had an excellent stay, would happily book again, and highly recommend it.

We were a little nervous after seeing the mixed reviews lately, but ended up pleasantly surprised. The rooms matched the pictures and were clean, and the pool was cleaned regularly. We couldn’t get a late checkout on our last day, but the staff did store our luggage until we left. Everything was fine, and I’d recommend the place.
