Liberty Park Hotel South Beach

Bella’s courtyard was such a lovely place to unwind over dinner or take photos. We also appreciated the golf cart service, and there were plenty of good places to eat nearby. Everything was walkable, which made this a fantastic spot for a girls’ getaway.

The front desk ladies were patient and enthusiastic, so the service deserves four stars. That doesn't fix the awful acoustics, though. I could hear people talking in neighboring rooms as if they were in mine, and every time someone passed my door, I heard and even felt their footsteps. A loud machine outside my window ran until about 10:00 pm every night. The hotel was extremely noisy day and night, and the soundproofing was terrible. A hotel should be somewhere to rest, and this has completely wrecked my stay and mood. I would've left immediately if I hadn't already paid and if refunds were accepted. I'm beyond frustrated and can't take it anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. There are better options at the same price, or at least somewhere quiet enough to sleep.

The room was pretty mediocre. The small bathroom wasn't very usable, the shower barely got warm, and the TV wouldn't work no matter what we tried. The beds were good, though. The location was great, with lots of restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance. The cute entrance promenade was a nice touch. It looked like a cafe was about to open, which would've made the stay much better.

We only spent a couple of nights here before our cruise, and the room was perfectly fine for that. We were hardly inside anyway. The courtyard was pleasant, and the rooftop pool had a great view of the city at night. We chose the place for its location, a block from the beach, easy to reach from the airport, a short drive from the port, and near lots of great food and drinks. I'd stay here again if I sailed from Miami.
