Taylor made this visit stand out from all my other stays here. I’ve been to this location many times, but I haven’t had customer service like hers before. She greeted me with warmth and grace, then patiently worked through my questions and offered several solutions. I’d just come from another nearby hotel that had fallen short, so her help really eased my frustration. She even managed to assist other guests at the same time and made everyone feel well looked after. As someone who manages customer service, I appreciate employees like Taylor who bring the company’s values to life. She’s a real asset to Holiday Inn and has the best service of the front desk staff I’ve encountered.

The room was clean and the staff were all really friendly, so it worked out fine for one night between flights. The amenities were the letdown. For a reasonable price, I still expected WiFi and breakfast, but neither was included. There was a new Samsung smart TV, yet it was limited to about 10 channels from 2005, and I couldn’t sign into my own Netflix. I wouldn’t choose this place for a longer stay.

Rell handled a busy shuttle run really well. He kept us updated about when it would arrive and how long the ride would take, and helped with all the luggage at both ends. He was courteous and made a point of prioritizing families with small children. The ride felt safe and quick. I’d gladly have him drive my family again, 10/10.

We keep coming back to Holiday Inn BWI for the people and service, along with the convenient location and outstanding food and drinks. After a very long travel day, Darrell helped us manage all our luggage on the airport shuttle, and I couldn’t have done it without him. Manny at the bar is always wonderful too. The staff check that everything is okay, and we really feel cared for.

20JAN2026, around 7:49 pm. I was lost inside the airport after leaving Southwest Gate A13 and called Holiday Inn to ask how to reach the shuttle at door five of Baltimore MD international airport. Ms. Brianna stayed on the phone and talked me through which way to go. Once I reached the hotel, she had me checked in and settled in no time. She was professional, direct, and kind, and made the effort to understand what I needed. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and she was fantastic. Mr. Darrell was just as thoughtful on the shuttle. He was careful to make sure I and another customer got out of the van slowly and safely, and even steadied me as I stepped down. I appreciated how sincerely he looked out for our well-being. God bless you Brianna, Darrel, Mrs. Grace, Manny, the cooks, the waiters and waitresses, and all the housekeepers.
