There was plenty of space to spread out and relax, and the layout had good storage and a comfortable bed. The room felt like a home away from home, and it was clean with nice attention to detail. I'd definitely stay again if I wanted a spacious, relaxing hotel room.

We needed a room at the last minute, and Varun and Jason took great care of me and my family. They were amazing hosts, professional, and especially Varun made sure we felt at home. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I'd love to return and would happily recommend the hotel. If you're booking, definitely ask for them.

The rooms I've had here have always been neat, with clean bathrooms, spotless sheets and towels, and good toiletries. They don't smell like weed or anything like that. Kai and Ki are welcoming, and the whole staff has a pleasant, respectful energy. I'm always greeted warmly, and every stay at Dream Hotel has been great. It's a secret gem in the middle of everything, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The room was dirty, the lobby smelled bad, and customer service was poor. It was a very unpleasant visit. I'd give it a 0.

Jai gave great service, and the staff were attentive and polite. The downtown Mt Vernon location is convenient for shops, restaurants, the public transportation hub, shopping, and appearance enhancement businesses. The rooms could use brighter lighting, and I hope the closet rods are installed next time so there's somewhere to hang clothes. A few extra hooks on the bathroom door would be helpful too. There's no microwave in the rooms, but guests can use one in the lobby. Otherwise, it's a great local option.
