Rodeway Inn

The photos available for this hotel are extremely dated and don't show what its quality is really like, or lack of quality, I guess. When we arrived, the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly: blood stains on the sheets, food on the floor, and urine on the toilet. It was unsanitary throughout and unfit for guests. We were told the owners were out of town for a funeral, which we understood and respected. We waited, expecting to hear back in a day or two, but three weeks have passed. After several calls and messages, we've had no contact or follow-up. An unclean room is one problem, but ignoring paying guests after acknowledging it shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. I rarely write reviews like this, but I feel I should warn people. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau since the hotel hasn't responded or taken responsibility. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This wasn't worth the risk, money, or frustration.

Very clean and quiet, and the employees are all helpful. The motel is convenient to everything on Layfayette pkwy.

Truck parking is nice, but staying here feels like Joes Apartment. Roaches are everywhere, in the bathroom and closet and all over. Don't move the microwave, they live there.

This place is garbage. The rooms are almost never fully cleaned when I come, and there's always something left behind. It's infested with roaches, and the wifi is awful. I've asked them several times to fix it, but they won't do anything. Customer service sucks. 0/10.
