The staff were wonderful, and housekeeping requests were handled incredibly quickly. The resort also has lots of pools that are great for kids, with plenty of zero-entry options. The food choices and rooms were fine, which is why I gave a mid-range rating. The rooms felt a little dated. We also stayed at a Disney property during the same trip, and those rooms made this one pale in comparison. Maybe I’d have felt differently if I’d only stayed here.

The resort is a great value in an excellent location, and the grounds are well maintained. Construction and maintenance barely affected our stay. The rooms are showing their age and could use an update. Shirley at check-in deserves a special mention for her knowledge and positive attitude. Everyone I interacted with was great, though I wish I could remember more of their names.

We’ve stayed here two years in a row and had a great experience both times. The rooms are nice and the amenities are good, but access around the property needs attention. Even with a stroller, it was very difficult to get in and out of the buildings. I’ve also seen people using a wheelchair, scooter, or walker who couldn’t manage the doors without help. Hotels should accommodate this basic need. The breakfast buffet price for a one-and-a-half-year-old also felt chintzy. It’s $30 per adult and $8 for the few bites a baby eats. We won’t eat there again.

The property is beautiful, in a perfect area near the parks, and the service has been great. But at check-in they kept pushing us to attend a time-share presentation. We said no about ten times. No means no, and it made me want to stay somewhere else. This was a business trip, and we were nearly late for our dinner reservations. Our room needs some attention too. The AC is loud and doesn’t cool as well as it should, the ceiling fan makes an awful scraping sound, and the TVs should have streaming.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by smiling, welcoming Wyndham staff everywhere on the property, and it was a nice place for safe runs. The room worked well for our family trip of six adults, with two full bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. A couple of things to know: there’s no shuttle to the parks or shopping center, despite what a few Google searches suggested. Checkout is at a firm time, with little room for an extension if you need one. We had to leave for the airport three hours earlier than we’d originally planned, which made the trip home feel longer.
