Delta Hotels by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista

Housekeeping came daily, and the bed-making was excellent. After long days at the parks, that really helped me relax. I stayed three nights for a Disney visit, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Each Disney park was about a 20-minute drive away. Disney Springs was around a 30-minute walk or 10 minutes by bus. This hotel will definitely make a Disney stay even better.

The room was clean and comfortable, and it had a mini fridge. The staff were incredibly kind and checked on us whenever we went downstairs. There's a big bar, a café serving coffee and pastries, and a very good breakfast buffet, though they all cost extra. I didn't use the pool, but it looked large and nice, and towels were available outside. I'll definitely come back!

Jesus at the front desk deserves special mention. He made sure my family and I felt welcome and looked after, handled our requests quickly, and was friendly and professional. His care for guests is a real asset to the hotel. The pool was a nice place to cool off, and the workout room had what I needed for my morning exercise. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the hotel's close location to Disney. The facilities, clean comfortable atmosphere, and helpful staff made for a very good stay. I'd recommend it and stay again.

I stayed four nights. The front desk responded to me, and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The exercise room was nice, and the pool looked good, though I didn't swim. Tourist attractions in Orlando were 15-25 minutes away. Cleanliness was the problem. I changed rooms on the first day because the first one was dirty, but the other room was dirty too. There was a strange stain on the sofa and a musty smell. To me, this isn't four-star hotel quality.
