Parking space for five or six tractor trailers is handy, and they take CLC. The spot is right off I-40. The room was clean enough for $41.55, but the mattress and pillows are worn out. The shower drain was clogged with a huge amount of hair. I took it apart and cleaned it myself rather than interrupt Mohammed's call to prayer. Athlete's Foot sucks, and I left my bleach at home. The neighborhood has a demilitarized-zone feel. Signs say locals can't stay and human trafficking is strictly prohibited 🤔. The locked lobby and bulletproof glass between the clerk and guests seem suspicious. I'd keep a firearm within reach if possible. You get what you pay for. Welcome to North Little Rock.

The front desk guy was rude, and the customer service was awful. You only find out in the terms of service that they charge a $30 cash fee, and apparently it doesn't matter if that isn't shown when you book online. I wouldn't recommend even parking your car here.

The building and rooms felt perfectly safe, even though the location isn't in the best part of town. The price was good, everything was clean, and the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. A good place to stay if you're watching your budget.

I cancelled my reservation because the place looked like a dump anyway, but the main reason for my one-star rating is that the owner wanted to charge me for my service dog, which was assigned to me by the VA. I have the dog's certificate, but he said he wouldn't accept it. I'm a retired Navy Officer with 25 years of service. He probably didn't understand the ADA guidelines. Thank you, booking.com!
