The room and hotel were so clean and well kept, and you can tell the team takes pride in their work. Giselle was especially helpful and professional. I’d made a mistake with my reservation, and she sorted it out and explained how to book next time through the Honors app/program. My family and I had a great stay and will come back whenever we're in the Dells.

Breakfast was a hit with all of us, with plenty of choices for grown-ups and kids. The children also loved the pool, and the seating beside it made it easy for us to relax while keeping an eye on them. We were a family of four, and found our room spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were so friendly, and check-in was quick and simple. We'd happily stay again.

Winter visits are my favorite, especially sitting in one of the two outdoor hot tubs with the cold air around you. It feels pretty magical. There's an indoor hot tub too, and I like that you can get to the bar from either the lobby or pool room. It's usually calm and relaxing when I've been there, though I've never gone during the busy summer season. Breakfast costs extra, unlike at many Hiltons, and seeing the outdoor pools from the lobby feels a little awkward. Those are small gripes, though. This is one of my favorite places to stay in the Dells, and it's well worth a visit.

We were really impressed with our double queen room and its balcony. It's huge, feels private, and has a beautiful view. The room itself was clean and roomy, and we'll definitely stay again. The lobby also makes a lovely first impression when you come in, and the staff look professional and have a nice presence.
