The 4 o’clock check-in is ridiculous. I paid over $200 for 19 hours in a room that felt subpar, and that’s a rip off. The room with the hot tub was okay, but the bathroom wasn’t great. The shower was tiny, its on/off handle was loose from the wall, and the toilet paper dispenser on the wall was loose too. When I started the heater/AC unit, it gave off a very strong musty smell, so I turned it off right away and took off the plastic screen filters at the front. They were covered in dust and danger. I rinsed them, let them dry, and put them back. After that, the unit didn’t smell funky. I recommend staff do this in every room every six months or so.

It was a good stay for our weekend and weekday getaway. The hotel was clean, and the staff were pretty friendly. They seemed short staffed, but made things work. I wasn’t fond of the sink being outside the bathroom, and the bathroom itself felt a little small. Breakfast included mostly bagels, cereal, waffles, eggs (not real), and sausages, plus apple and orange juice and coffee.

I booked this place for a girls night away from the kids solely because I wanted to relax in a hot tub and sauna for one night. Both were closed, and that wasn’t listed on their website. I’m so sad. This ruined our trip. It was the only night I’d had off in the past 2 years. I just want to cry.

I’d stayed at this hotel many times over the past couple years for work without any issues. I had the same routine every time: check in, order pizza, watch TV until I fell asleep, then leave early to run my route. This last time, for some reason, they charged $62.68 to the incidentals credit card on file, with no explanation at all. I was left trying to figure it out so I could explain it to my employer. I won’t stay here again.
