Disney's Beach Club Resort

We always have such a delightful time at Disney's Beach Club resort. The staff are kind, welcoming and wonderful, and people often make the best part of a vacation stay. The grounds are beautiful, as are the rooms. Cape May is a favorite for its evening seafood buffet and delicious breakfast with characters. Just steps away at Yacht Club, Ale and Compass has great steaks and breakfast, and the parker house rolls are delicious. Stormalong Bay is the place to go if you like swimming. Its huge, spacious pool covers 3 acres and is so much fun. After a swim, grabbing a hot fudge sundae from nearby Beaches and Cream is always enjoyable. From the resort, you can stroll quickly to Epcot, take a quick boat ride to other resorts with terrific skippers, or catch a bus to Magic Kingdom. We’ll keep staying at Disney's Beach Club Resort for the great staff, rooms, restaurants and access to the parks. Thank you!

Getting around from here is incredibly easy. Epcot is a five-minute walk, and you can reach Hollywood Studios on foot, by Skyliner or by boat. The Stormalong Bay pool is a top-notch amenity. Our room was very good and stayed in great condition, and the service was the best. Everyone was so nice. It’s one of the best resorts on property, an amazing place. I’d definitely recommend it.

The lobby and hotel look beautiful, and the coastal theme is charming. The location is the biggest plus: being able to walk to EPCOT is incredibly convenient. For the price, though, I expected a more luxurious stay. The rooms looked noticeably dated and need a refresh. The bed felt quite firm, the pillows were uncomfortable, and service was average rather than exceptional. We were also surprised by how limited the room service options were. You’re paying extra for the Disney convenience and proximity. If being near EPCOT matters most and you’re not focused on luxury, it’s a solid pick. If you expect a true high-end resort experience for the price, it may disappoint. Our stay at Disney’s Beach Club Resort was mixed.

Stormalong Bay is a highlight, and people often consider it the best pool area on Disney property. With the sand-bottom pool, lazy river and shipwreck slide, it feels closer to a water park than a hotel pool. Dining is good too. Beaches & Cream is a favorite for nostalgic treats, and nearby BoardWalk adds more food and entertainment choices. The resort has a light New England-style look, soft colors and a breezy atmosphere that made it feel relaxing as soon as we walked in. The surroundings are beautiful, and it feels calm and classy without being stuffy. You can walk to Epcot and take a short boat ride to Hollywood Studios, making park hopping easy. For a laid-back Disney stay that still keeps you near the action, Beach Club is a great option if you want both relaxation and convenience.
