We got a refund, and I’ll never go back. The owner wouldn’t let us use the facilities unless we wore his “swim shirts,” which were old, dirty, used bathing suits. I told him we had our own swimwear, but he kept insisting. He showed me a pair of old used gym shorts and wanted my girlfriend to wear one of the old used bikinis on a shelf. Never again.
This happened about six years ago, and I’m still angry enough about it to write this now. I’m part Korean and had visited this establishment at least eight times with my neighbor and our friend. We used to drive from LA to spend a day there. I tried to surprise my girlfriend with a visit, and after we drove all the way from LA, they refused to let us in without giving a reason. The owner just told us to leave. Then the owner and the group of Koreans with him pointed at my girlfriend, who is African American, and spoke Korean among themselves. I believe this is a racist establishment. Don’t give them your business. It’s still infuriating.
The sulfur hot spring water is still good, even though the facility is a bit old. Hopefully the service will be better next time ~~
A great local spot for hot springs.
I love coming back here, again and again. It’s a wonderful place to relax, and the staff are really friendly. I highly recommend it.
