Ivan and his supervisor, Luis, helped get our appliances working after we moved to another apartment in the community. We’d been at Avalon for a year, and there were problems with the dishwasher, washer, and dryer that may have gone unreported by the previous tenants. Ivan fixed the cabinet, worked out what was wrong with the dishwasher and replaced it, then identified the repairs needed for the washer and dryer. It was a huge relief, and everything is finally working properly. Rachel and Bryce also made the move itself really smooth. The leasing office team has been quick to respond whenever we’ve needed something, and they’ve handled everything professionally. We’re grateful for the support and for the wonderful experience we’ve had at Avalon. Thank you, Rachel, Bryce, Ivan, and Luis!

Elizabeth Rodriguez has always greeted me warmly and taken care of my questions or concerns promptly. The whole staff helps keep Avalon Baker Ranch clean and in great shape. I’ve lived here for just over a year and have been pleased with every part of the complex. Thanks to everyone on the team for making it such a nice place to live. Keep it up! :)

The maintenance team is thoughtful and hardworking, and Luis Campos has been especially friendly and professional when sorting out our maintenance issues. We’ve been here for over a year and renewed our lease this past October. We’re hoping to renew again next year. It’s a peaceful, quiet community with nice tenants, and it’s very pet friendly. The pool, gym, dog park, and clubhouse are lovely amenities. I’d definitely recommend living here.

I was so stressed by the noise at my last apartment, but walking into the leasing office here for the first time made me feel relaxed. The staff were so kind I almost cried. Rachel keeps impressing me whenever we talk. She’s thoughtful, understands what I need to know, and always gets back to me first. I’ve been at Avalon Baker Ranch a little over a month, and it’s one of the nicest places I’ve lived. It’s clean and quiet, the amenities are top notch, and the staff are great. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful apartment.

Sandy always brings our dogs’ toys back when they fall off the balcony. It’s a small thing, but it makes me smile every time and says so much about how thoughtful and kind she is. She’s a bright spot in our day. She’s warm, friendly, and truly caring. It’s rare to meet someone who does her job so well and also makes people feel valued. Sandy brings a positive feeling to the whole community, and we’re lucky to have her looking after us. Thank you for everything, Sandy!
