Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Forest by IHG

This was my first stay here. The room was very clean, and Rosario had done a great job getting it ready. I liked having USB ports throughout, plus wired Ethernet for internet, a microwave, and a refrigerator. They also gave us goodie bags at check-in. Nice work, Holiday Inn!

Everything in the room worked just as it should, even the clock, which was set to the right time. I've lost count of how often hotel clocks have been hours off. Rosario clearly takes pride in her work, and the room was spotless when I arrived. The property seems fairly new and has been kept in good shape. I'd stay again without hesitation.

Jim made a big difference by handling my reservation and accommodating what I needed, so the whole process was effortless. The hotel was clean, the staff were polite, and the amenities felt good quality and recently updated. Breakfast was included, and there's a Starbucks just across the parking lot. A very enjoyable stay.
