Good choice for my business trip. The suites had plenty of room and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was pretty basic and just okay, but it did the job. The outdoor spaces are really nice for hanging out or eating, and there’s a strip mall nearby with lots of food options.

I’ve stayed here several times while visiting family nearby, and the location is really convenient, close to major highways. Even so, the rooms are very quiet. My room was comfortable, and the whole place was very clean. I like having a full fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was nice, the gym worked well, and the staff were helpful.

The checkout bill had a shocking $250 Excessive Cleaning Fee. We were charged for the very mess we’d been left with, and it felt insulting and seemingly fraudulent. For two days straight, our room got no service at all. Garbage piled up and damp, dirty towels accumulated, so we repeatedly had to call the front desk begging for fresh towels and basic necessities. It was disgusting and unacceptable, especially at this price. I chose the hotel because I thought it had a good reputation, but the stay was a complete nightmare. I’ve documented everything with photos and already disputed the absurd fee with my credit card provider. I’m sharing this widely to warn other guests. I’d be willing to discuss it with senior management to reach a fair resolution, but as it stands, this was the worst hotel experience of my life. I strongly advise booking elsewhere.

I stayed here for many nights over the past two weeks, and that “free” breakfast was horrible. I think I got a hot potato dish only once. If you’re serving scrambled eggs, you need country potatoes or hash browns alongside them. That’s Breakfast 101.
