Comfort Inn & Suites Lake George

The breakfast had a good range of tasty options, and we appreciated being able to get tea or coffee any time of day. Our room was roomy, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating. We had a lovely few days here during New Year's Eve week and would stay again soon.

I didn't try the amenities or breakfast, but the property was in great shape, including the exterior. The winter salt and snow clearing were kept up very well, and the staff were professional. For the price, this clean, no-frills hotel was a good value. I'd be comfortable staying here again and would recommend it to friends or family visiting the area.

The location works well in winter, with Walgreens and restaurants close enough to walk to. The lobby is a nice place for groups to meet, and the pool and hot tub are both usable, though they could be cleaner. The room was clean and had a great fridge, but some things feel dated and housekeeping doesn't come every day. Dawn at the front desk is especially kind, helpful, and accommodating. She goes out of her way and really improves the stay. When she's gone, it's sometimes hard to find someone at the desk, though people are helpful once you do. Parking was a problem on our last visit because so many trailers were taking up space, making it difficult to park cars.

The staff were top notch, and the price was great. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was included.
