BECKA at the front desk made the trip one to remember. She knew where everything was and explained the rooms and how to make things work. She was awesome. The boys appreciated this place, and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting. Thank you, BECKA.

The amenities were really nice: pool, sauna, jacuzzi, a small gym, and a kids’ play room. The staff were friendly, and there are EV chargers, which cost money but weren’t too expensive. Still, I’d only want to stay one night. Our room was missing things, a little dirty and dated, with salt on the floor left by whoever came in from outside before us. It smelled like cigarettes, which was especially unpleasant with a toddler. Having to get pool towels from the front desk and bring them back afterward was odd, but okay. We stayed in January. I might come back in summer just to use the amenities.

Our group felt the hotel could’ve done more about the inconvenience. We had to change rooms because previous guests had smoked, and the staff were helpful and moved us to a bigger room. Then we discovered there was no hot water on the third floor and no heat in the lobby. Staff offered to move all our belongings to the other room, though we handled it ourselves. When I checked the bill, they’d taken $50 off without asking, which was fine. Apart from that, no real complaints.

The staff were very friendly and even offered complimentary cookies. Our room was clean, with modern decor and bathrooms that had clearly been tastefully updated. It was a delight to stay here, and I’ll definitely come back.
