The price was very affordable, and we slept well, with good beds, a decent shower, and a good TV. The rooms are roomy and have kitchenettes, though ours had no utensils, plates, bowls, or cookware. We had a full size refrigerator but no ice trays, and there isn't an ice machine. Luckily, a very friendly maintenance guy shared some ice from his own supply. It's a little oasis in a semi industrial area, handy for restaurants, bars, and attractions.

My favorite part was the little desert garden that this family looks after. It was a lovely spot for sunrise or sunset, with a view of the nearby Colorado River. This small, owner run vintage hideaway is away from tourist traffic. They put real care into making it comfortable, and the price was great.

The rooms have been newly renovated, and some come with kitchenettes. My sister and I were comfortable and completely satisfied during our weekend in Havasu. The location and price were both reasonable for our two day visit. We'll choose this Inn whenever we come back. Loved it!

The kitchenette was a nice extra, and the clean room had comfy beds. Office staff were friendly and available when I needed something. I left feeling refreshed and really enjoyed my stay. Five stars from me!
