Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Havasu - London Bridge by IHG

We had a great room with a nice view of the London Bridge, but it was a connecting room, which I might not have booked if I'd known. After a long day of travel, the neighbors talked loudly at 12:30 am. I could hear the whole conversation through the door, which had no seal at the bottom, and even see light coming through beneath it. I mentioned it at checkout and they gave us some points, but I would've much rather gotten more sleep.

The location was lovely, with a view of the bridge, and breakfast was included. Mya was very pleasant and helpful when we first walked up, and I even got to share a few dad jokes with her. Stephanie was also really nice to talk with over breakfast. My wife and I enjoyed meeting them both, and they made us feel welcome. We'd definitely come back.

It’s a clean, nicely laid out white hotel in an excellent spot for visiting London bridge. Parking was good, checkout was good, and the other people were nice. The rooms and location are excellent. Check-in, though, was a bad experience. The woman at the desk insisted on seeing my wife's driver's license to prove I was really me. I logged into her account and handed over my phone, but she still wasn't convinced. I thought I had her license with me, but it turned out I had my Global Entry instead. We travel a lot and I'd never run into anything like that.

Everything was great aside from the bed, which felt like a cement slab and was really uncomfortable for both my husband and me. The hotel itself was clean and well kept, and being able to walk straight from it to the bridge and along it made the location worth it.
