I've been here for over a month, and the staff do a lot to make my stay pleasant. They greet me and everyone else, and problems get sorted out quickly, which is great when your mobility is limited. They keep the place clean and fresh smelling, too. Thank you for caring about me and the other guests, even on days when I know it must be hard to show up with a smile.

I was here for an event and had a great stay. Laundry was convenient, and the free coffee and snacks are a nice touch. I'd definitely stay again. Holley at the front desk made everything easy and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and was quick to assist whenever I needed something. Thank you!

Most of the staff were pleasant, helpful, and showed real concern when I had a complaint or needed something. Miss Tina, the manager, was helpful when I told her what happened. I have two years of hospitality experience and now work in healthcare, and I know patience, politeness, guest comfort, and empathy matter when working with the public. My problem was HOLLY VEGA at the front desk. I was already in the room after extending my stay the night before, and went to recheck in before 11, even though checkout was at 10:30. Miss Tina had done the same thing for me the day before, after 12, without charging an early check-in fee. Holly wanted to charge me that fee. When I wouldn't pay, she told me to get out, threatened a late checkout fee if I wasn't gone by 12, and said she'd call the police. I had lots of luggage and my belongings in the room, and she did call them. I wasn't rude or arguing with her. I just said I'd leave and get my money back through the third party. Another staff member told me Holly was new and didn't have much hospitality experience, and that there had been previous complaints about her being rude. Calling me “boo” was unprofessional, especially when we'd never met before I rented a room there. I felt bullied and threatened for no reason. She needs retraining to help customers with their needs, and should be taken off the front desk until then. She's bad for Choice Hotels business.

The entrance was tidy and smelled pleasant, and the team kept the property clean, comfortable, and well maintained, even with unruly guests. You can see the pride they take in the small details, and help was prompt whenever I needed it. The front desk staff were especially good. Rose, Monica, and Tina were kind, attentive, patient, and ready to help from the moment I arrived. Everyone made my stay smooth and enjoyable. It's rare to find hospitality that feels this sincere, and I appreciate each of you.
