Motel 6 Tigard, OR - Portland South - Lake Oswego

I travel with my animals a lot, and Motel 6’s pet-friendly policy with no extra pet charge is the main reason I stay there on the road. I know it can be hard to choose a low-cost pet-friendly place, since reviews for different Motel 6 locations can vary a lot, even around the same time. This location’s reviews and lack of pet fees helped me pick it, and I’d stay here again. The room was clean, with fresh bedding and towels, no odd smells or marks, and no bugs or ants. The bathroom was clean too, and there was a mowed grassy outdoor area for pets. The woman who checked me in was kind and helpful, and the parking area and outdoor lights felt safer than at some other Motel 6s I’ve visited. Hope this helps another traveler.

We got decent value for the price. The first room smelled strongly of Marijuana, but the motel was accommodating and let us move to another one. The beds were comfortable, and the TV had plenty of channels. The coffee was okay, though don’t expect Starbucks quality.

Lanna made booking my room quick and easy, and she was really kind through the whole process. She’s a great person and gave excellent customer service. My experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Staying in hotels with my two cats has been hard, but Naomi at Portland south Motel 6 made us feel welcome as soon as we walked into the office.
