I woke up and saw the maintenance man staring in through my room window. When I told the woman at the front desk, she argued that I was lying. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LADIES OR KIDS. SEEMS VEEY DANGEROUS!!!

I’ve been here three weeks on a work trip, and it’s been a pleasant, predictable stay. The rooms are clean and quiet, the lot is well lit, and there’s WiFi and cable. The weekly rate is very affordable, and the owner/host is friendly and cooperative. The area isn’t the best in Lakeland, but it doesn’t take away from the place for me. I’d recommend it to budget travelers, especially for work.

They’re charging 1,000 for a place that looks hideous. This is a nasty motel, not a 5 💫 hotel or a suite.

For the price, it’s pretty good. The owners are really friendly.
