Eric and Rita made our engagement trip incredibly special. My boyfriend had planned it as a surprise, and they went out of their way to arrange wine and champagne and have everything ready for when we returned to Coyote Bluff Estate. They’re kind, generous, and attentive hosts. The estate itself is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed rooms, a private feel, and amazing views of the lake and mountains. We’ve stayed at wonderful resorts across many states and countries, but Coyote Bluff Estates was our favorite. Rita and Eric gave us an unforgettable experience, and we’re so grateful to them. The mountaintop property feels like a little piece of heaven. The views, landscaping, artwork, colors, lighting, furnishings, and amenities all seem carefully chosen for comfort. Even the sheets are rinsed with lavender. There are so many lovely details.

Rita’s homemade pastries at breakfast were a lovely way to finish our trip. The cabin and its views are gorgeous, and Eric and Rita have thought of all sorts of details to make the stay feel special. They’re wonderful hosts. We had the best time at Coyote Estates and can’t wait to return.

The view is breathtaking, and the accommodations were even better than we expected. Eric and Rita pay more attention to detail than we’ve experienced anywhere else. Eric even starts helping make the trip go smoothly from the moment you book, including coordinating activities and dinner reservations. The service is top-notch. We can’t wait to come back :)

Rita makes homemade breakfast treats every day, and they’re amazing. There’s also yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea, and juice, so the continental breakfast hardly describes it. We weren’t disappointed at all. The place looks even better in person than it does online. The backyard views are unbeatable, and we wanted to take in every moment. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the whole home is clean and well cared for. Rita and Eric are genuinely kind, and their care for guests is clear from the first interaction. We have so many good things to say about our stay and hope to return someday. ❤️
