The key card kept failing, so if you got locked out, you were stuck hoping someone was in the office. The front desk was often closed, and if you needed help, the staff were rude and would hang up on you. They also said that if you hadn’t paid for your room by Sunday, you had to wait until Monday. The room itself was filthy. The floors looked like they’d never been mopped, the walls were coming apart, and the air conditioner was falling apart too. There were serious cockroach problems. You get what you pay for, I guess. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We’ve been here for the last month while we’re between homes, and it’s been a good little home before our next home. The room feels like an apartment, with a bedroom and bathroom, a big fridge, a small kitchenette, a living room, and a large flatscreen mounted on the wall. It works perfectly for the two of us, and dogs are allowed, which we really appreciate. The price is very affordable, and getting to the highways and interstate is easy. People staying here are friendly and kind, and it’s surprisingly quiet, so I feel comfortable. There’s also a security guard on staff 24/7, which is reassuring. The place is very chill.

We never saw the room. The front desk employee was rude and not much help, and we were told our reservation had been canceled without any explanation. When we called the hotel directly, they found the reservation right away. We decided to go to a hotel with a better rating instead.

The worst part was finding a male employee in my room going through my things. They also kept my deposit, claiming I checked out late, even though I left 30 minutes before checkout. The room was in terrible shape: fake nails, dirt, grime, and animal hair on the floor, plus a really moldy shower. Both sinks leaked everywhere, and the smell was awful. There were also huge pieces of broken glass from a smashed window.
