Moving in from another state could’ve been a lot harder, but the management team at Montrachet Apt Homes helped me through each step and made the whole process feel easy. They’re friendly, professional, and quick to respond. That support is what made me pick Montrachet over the other places I considered. I love the apartment and the community, and it’s a great place to live.
Glenn is a real asset to Montrachet. He’s warm and energetic whenever we see him, and you can tell he takes pride in doing the job carefully. He follows through, gets things done efficiently, and genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. That kind of commitment and attention to detail is rare, and we really appreciate all he does.
In the nine years I’ve lived at Montrachet, Glenn has been the best maintenance person we’ve had. He works diligently, and his positive attitude and kind nature make you feel safe and comfortable when he’s in your home. I’m so grateful for everything he’s done in my apartment. He’s a truly good soul.
There are lots of good people here, and we’ve learned to live peacefully alongside the nearby wildlife. Montrachet feels tucked away, almost like a mountain retreat, but getting to Denver or the mountains is still an easy drive. It’s a good place to call home.
The staff are the best part for me. They’re very friendly and helpful, and every maintenance request I’ve made has been taken care of within 24 hours. The neighborhood is clean and safe, with spectacular views and hiking and biking trails right outside. You’re also only a few minutes from Red Rocks, with easy access to downtown and the mountains. I’ve lived in plenty of places around the country, and Montrachet Apartments has been the best by far. I don’t plan to leave anytime soon.
