We arrived very late, but the front desk woman already had our reservations ready and got us into our rooms quickly. She even offered to watch our pizza while we warmed up and relaxed after being out in the cold. Then she called to say it was done, and when I came downstairs she'd sliced and plated it for us. She was so sweet and made sure we were looked after.

My son and I came for the Snow Goose festival, and the hotel was clean and convenient. The room had a fridge and microwave, plus tea as well as coffee. Breakfast had a good range, including eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker. In the evening, the lounge also had a good selection of mixed drinks. The pool didn't open until 8 a.m., so I used the free weights in the fitness center and went outside for a jog instead. It would be nice if the pool opened at 6, like the fitness center, so I could swim laps.

I've been a Hilton Honors member for years and travel a lot, but I'd never heard of Cobblestone. I was impressed: the place was meticulously clean, and the furniture was actually comfortable. Honestly, it puts Hilton to shame. I need to look into its network; if Cobblestone is available in my geographic region, I'm switching after all those years with Hilton.

It was quiet and very clean. My son liked swimming in the pool, and breakfast was really good. The coffee was hot, with flavors you could add. I'd highly recommend it!

The rooms were nice and clean. The only drawback was how slippery the tub was. Ask for a bath mat at check-in, since they're only available if you request one.
