Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lancaster-Lititz by IHG

The room and location were nice, just a short distance from lititz Town center. But we had a disturbing experience in the morning: while we were still in bed, someone used a key to open our door despite the do not disturb sign. They didn’t announce themselves, so I don’t know if it was housekeeping. Later, around 11:00, housekeeping knocked and said they were there while we were due to check out. Earlier, it had sounded like kids were running around and trying key card readers on several doors.

We spent 13 days at the Holiday Inn while my sister and I waited for our apartment remodel to finish, and it was a great stay. The staff were so kind. At breakfast, they checked in on me because I use a wheelchair and made sure I was okay or needed help. Housekeeping did a lovely job too. Thank you so much!

Darren made settling in easy and was really helpful. The hotel is small and lovely, and super clean. I’d highly recommend it.

The room was clean and breakfast was good, but my son’s graduation memorabilia towel disappeared. He’d left it on the back of the bathroom door. We realized a few hours later and called; they said they’d get back to us if it turned up in laundry or lost and found. I called the next day, then every day for about four days, and it was never found. I can’t understand why anyone would keep something commemorating a class they didn’t graduate from, but apparently someone did.
