I was uneasy about booking with Red Roof at first, but being able to see the room before I paid, plus the early check-in, convinced me this was the place. The room was clean, from the sheets to the floors, and the customer service was great. Early check-in costs a small fee, and for me the peaceful stay was worth it. If you have a pet, the first small breed is free.

The room was missing everything Red Roof lists online, including a coffee maker, coffee, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. When I asked the front desk for a hair dryer, they said there aren't any in the rooms. The place was noisy despite having very few guests, and I'm completely disappointed. I won't stay at another Red Roof.

The room looked new and clean when we arrived, but people upstairs ran and stomped all night. We told the front desk clerk, who said he'd look into it, but nothing changed. Then we found a roach on the bathroom soap dispenser. It crawled from there up the wall. I wanted to post the video, but Google wouldn't let me upload it. The clerk wasn't willing to help. He wouldn't move us, offer a discount, or give us a refund. Don't stay here if you don't want a noisy night, roaches climbing the wall, and a front desk clerk who doesn't care about customers.

I felt safe during the couple of weeks my child and I stayed here before moving back to Michigan. The rooms were new and very clean, and it was quiet. The staff were pleasant, especially the cleaning ladies, who were so sweet and even taught my little ones a few words in Spanish. I'd recommend the place, and I'll book here again when I visit Dallas. Keep up the good work!

The room was clean and nice, and we really enjoyed staying here. The front desk clerk treated my family and me kindly and made us comfortable. I'll come back if I'm in town again.
