I called throughout the week to ask about weekly rates, and they kept saying they were available. Then, just before my family came to visit, I went to pay for a weekly room and was told they’d stopped offering them. Earlier that day, I’d called and been told the weekly rate was still in effect. I understand plans can change, but it’s hard to believe it changed in the two hours after a call confirming the rate and that I could come in and book.

Very clean and welcoming. There’s 24-hour security, and it’s quiet, with no kids running around, loud music, fighting, or arguing.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were easygoing. I was very comfortable, and you can walk to nearby places to get something to eat or drink. I live in Missouri now, but Dallas, Texas is home.

The rooms are really clean, and some have smart TVs. There are lots of places to get food nearby, including Waffle House and QT within walking distance, plus a good Jamaican place behind the room. Ignore the negative comments. If you need anything, they help you, and they’re understanding people. I love them wholeheartedly.
