The room looked as nice as it does online, though it was more average-sized than the photos suggest. It seemed very clean, but there was a dead cricket behind the nightstand. The bathroom was super clean, although it didn’t have an HVAC vent. When we arrived, the HVAC was off and the room was freezing. We set it to 90 and went to dinner, and it was comfortable by the time we got back. The two queen beds creaked a lot, but were otherwise fine. I’d stay again.

The place was quiet and clean, and I stayed four nights. They didn’t clean the room, remove the dirty towels, or take out the trash during my stay. The mattress was hard enough that I woke up with a sore back. Check-in was by phone, with the key in a lock box. I won’t be back.

We especially liked having the small airport next door. From our window we had an awesome view of small planes and helicopters coming and going. The cottage looked recently remodeled, and everything was very clean with all the things we needed. The owners were really friendly when we asked to add another night. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

The owner was attentive, very nice, and super accommodating. The rooms are bright, spacious, and really clean. It’s a charming little group of cottages, close to everything and a great value. We’ll be back again and again. Would be great for a family reunion, a bus trip to Lancaster, or just a private getaway. Five stars all the way!

We stayed three nights and never had enough towels or washcloths. The TV remote needed batteries, then we found there were no channels to watch, and there was no ice in the box. I also don’t like checking in without a person and having to use a lock box. We’d stayed here under the previous ownership, and the cottages have gone downhill. They used to have beautiful flowers and flower beds, but now there are none. It was quite different before. I’ll look elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.
