The service was good, and the employees were friendly. The location is handy for food and shopping. But the room wasn’t very clean, with spider webs in the corners, and there were roaches. Thankfully I didn’t see bed bugs, but I did see several roaches climbing the walls.

The staff were great at both check-in and checkout, but the owner handled our complaint terribly. After we spent the night thinking we were imagining the bites because we couldn’t find anything, we saw the bed bugs the next morning. At 8am my boyfriend was bitten for a third time before we finally spotted them. When we raised it with the manager, who is the owner, he immediately refused a full refund and was nasty about it. I tried to be discreet, but he showed no compassion or sympathy and wouldn’t budge. Terrible experience with the owner.

Check-in was super friendly, and they helped me get my truck and trailer situated. The updated room was clean, smelled fine, and had a clean bathroom. Towels and shampoo were great too. The price was great, and it exceeded what I expected.

We were just passing through and didn’t eat breakfast. For the most part it was a decent stay. The employees were very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. The room was okay but could use an update and deep clean. There were some busy customers pounding on doors at 2 am and walking around outside. The bed skirt needs changing too. We found a bag of weed and a fidget under it. LOL.

The location was convenient for meeting up with family. I’m giving four stars because the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work. It gets humid after a shower, and mold spots have started forming.
