Maya took wonderful care of us and made sure our stay went smoothly. You can tell she works hard and wants the hotel to be at its best. The gym was impressively big and well maintained, and the included breakfast was a nutritious start to the day. Everything was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, among the cleanest hotels we've visited. A flawless stay from beginning to end.

When it started snowing, a man at the front desk offered a scraper and help to anyone who needed it. The staff were courteous and friendly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was really good, with a waffle maker at the bar. A wonderful hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I had booked the wrong night, but after I called, they changed the reservation at no charge. That was a real relief. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and up to date, and the gym was excellent.

The breakfast could use improvement, but the room was clean and fresh, and housekeeping staff were friendly. Front desk staff were also friendly and patient while helping other guests. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was new and clean, since the Fairfield had only been open four months when we visited. The staff were amazing, and the location was quiet, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. It's also near everything, especially my new favorite Merle Norman studio. This may be where we stay on future Lancaster trips.
