Keri was working overnight and was incredibly kind and helpful. After a terrible experience at another nearby hotel, she helped me and the other seven people in my party get rooms very late in the evening. Huge thanks to her.

We lasted about two hours before leaving because we couldn’t take it anymore. The place smelled awful, like cigarettes mixed with mustiness, and our room was dark and dingy. Hallway noise was unbearable. Maybe it was nice 50 years ago, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We’ve brought our team here for four years now and plan to keep coming back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the in-house restaurant serves good-quality food. Guests can also get a great breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.

The staff were nice, and the room was fine for our one-night stay this week. Breakfast was another story. An employee said everything had just been refilled and it looked good, but all the food meant to be warm was cold. I hate wasting food, but cold eggs and sausage just weren’t edible.

Check-in was pleasant, the one bright spot in an awful stay. I booked two nights for a sports tournament at over $250 per night. Finding the lobby was confusing because the parking lot was so poorly lit that the entrance was hard to see. The dated hallways were dirty and stank, and that awful, hard-to-describe smell was in the room too. The beds were uncomfortable and almost on the floor. We left the next morning because I couldn’t stand another night.
