The receptionist was friendly and the rooms were clean. Late breakfast was exceptionally crowded after the overnight sleet, but the food lady did a great job keeping everything stocked and moving with such a big crowd. I'd stay here again.

BED BUGS. Our second-floor room had what looked like classic bed bug fecal matter on the sheets. There were other problems too: a large hole in the blinds, crusty dried clumps on the mattress covers, and stains all over the sheets. But the bed bug signs are the main thing. We couldn't sleep there, so we went straight to the front desk to ask for a refund and change hotels. The man working said we'd have to call in the morning to speak to a manager, so we left. In the morning I was told they had only issued a partial refund. I left my number for the manager, but nobody has called me back. Terrible service and no desire to address the bed bug problem. Stay away.

We were in town for one night and just put up with a rude, unwelcoming front desk man who was there around 6 pm yesterday. He treated another minority poorly because the guest had an accent, even though he's a minority himself. The bed had stained sheets, and there was mold in the bathroom and dirt in the common areas. We also found one bed's sheets stained in our two-bed room. I took all of them off, hoping they'd be washed today, and I have a video. The other reviews are true and accurate, so be forewarned.

The only good thing was the location. I'd stayed here a few times and it had been pretty good, but this visit went downhill fast. The older man with an accent didn't even greet me, and we had to switch rooms three times. Each one was worse and dirtier than the last. We finally settled downstairs, but the curtains had red blood-like stains, the bathtub was dirty so I couldn't shower, and there was a broken bathroom door. The sofa bed had a black stain, plus chip crumbs and nail clippings. We left early as it kept getting worse. Then our room door wouldn't unlock. The man and another woman seemed bothered, gave us two different keys, and neither worked. I was worried because our stuff was inside. The staff were beyond rude and careless, and wouldn't even provide extra pillows and blankets. A shame to see a once nice place go this far downhill. I won't return.
