The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly. They were especially kind about getting my husband and me a ground-floor room. Breakfast is a hot buffet, though I wish there were more options. There’s also a coffee machine guests can use any time, day or night. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Our first room had a broken refrigerator, a cabinet door coming off its hinges, and holes in the ceiling, so they moved us. The replacement was better, but its bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were small. The renovation work looked rushed. We could hear a lot from the highway beside the hotel, and the old AC unit was loud too. Maybe more renovations and updates would improve things.

The location was great, and they sorted out the fridge problem. Housekeeping was my main complaint. Over three nights, they changed the towels and made the bed, but never vacuumed or wiped anything down. The stay was okay otherwise.

There was dog hair and a clipped toenail on the upholstered chair when we walked in. I hadn’t realized this was a pet-friendly hotel, which isn’t the kind of place I usually stay. The cleaning staff had already left for the day, so the nice young man at the front desk cleaned the chair for us.

The room was really comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. It’s a handy location, though it sits between two highways, so you’ll hear traffic. I’d love to see a smart TV upgrade, but I’ll be back.
