The checkout information on the Airbnb listing didn't match what the front desk enforced, and no one explained the difference at check-in. That could leave guests checking out "late" by the desk's clock and facing an extra $50 USD charge. It gave me the impression that inaccurate checkout details could be used to collect more money from people who didn't know. The property itself also fell short of its photos. Stains on the carpets in the room and hallways made it look poorly kept, and the washroom had no exhaust fan, which was uncomfortable after showering. That lack of clarity and the misleading advertising left a very negative impression.

We booked several rooms for a tournament, but after driving for hours we got emails saying the bookings had been canceled because there wasn't a valid card on file. Staff, including the manager, were rude and wouldn't help, saying the rooms had been resold and the hotel was sold out. We booked again through a third party and prepaid, but then the manager tried charging us a second time. The manager was unpleasant to several people in our group. Other guests arriving at the same time told us they'd had the exact same cancellations and were also refused help. After such a horrible experience, I would never book here again.

I could barely tolerate the cigarette smoke smell in the room. It was so strong that I got a nicotine buzz during my stay. The room was reasonably clean, and the hotel is in a convenient spot near 495. The attached restaurant was a much better experience, with delicious food served quickly. I'd definitely recommend eating there.

They canceled my room at 4:05 pm yesterday for NO reason, even though I'd booked to stay Saturday, May 17. We had to book again, and when we got there it was hard to understand the front desk people. They canceled rooms for about 5-6 of our friends too. BUNCH OF CROOKS! This place sucks. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. BEWARE, I PROMISE!
